Delete Your Account

From the mobile app

1. Open the donow.fit app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your identity (password or biometric verification)
5. Confirm deletion

From the web app

1. Log in at app.donow.fit
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm your identity
5. Confirm deletion

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account will be immediately deactivated
• All personal data, workout history, and preferences will be permanently removed within 30 days
• You will lose access to your account and any associated data
• This action cannot be undone

Can I sign up again?

Yes. After your account is deleted, you can create a new account using the same email address. However, your previous data will not be recoverable.
