You exercise at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages arising from the use of our workout suggestions.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code

Workouts are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and safety, AI-generated recommendations may occasionally be imperfect. Use your own judgment when performing exercises, and stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.
